My name is Bruce Krahn and I first started training people before it was even called “personal training”. Back then it was simply helping people workout.
Things have changed a lot in the past 20 years and the industry has grown by leaps and bounds. I have lost count of the number of hours I have spent in the gym but thankfully I haven’t forgotten all the lessons I have learned along the way.
I created this blog as a way to share these lessons with you and to provide you with a trusted and credible “go-to” resource for fat loss and muscle building fitness information.
I Am Not Here To Please Everyone…
In fact, I am pretty sure that some of the things will tick you off. But that’s ok by me. I am pretty sure it will be ok with you too especially when you discover how effective the info I share with you is.
Why Listen To Me?
Besides the fact that I am an all around awesome dude there are actually several reasons why I believe you should listen to me:
I walk the talk. First off, I started training myself 30 years ago and have never stopped. Since then I have read hundreds of books and articles on training, nutrition and motivation. I am university educated and have held several personal training certifications. I have owned 3 personal training studios and operate one of the webs largest online personal trainer websites. A few years ago I wrote my first book- The Fat Fighter Diet and it became a national best-seller. I have published articles for Alive, Revive, Best Health and Tonic magazines and my image has appeared in Mens Fitness, Exercise for Men Only and Revive magazine (including one cover). As a professional speaker I have spoken to tens of thousands of people across the country. I am married to a nutritionist and she has filled my head (and plate) with healthy food information. However, most important are the thousands of people I have trained (in person and online). The experience of working with real people gives me a distinct advantage over those “armchair experts” who fill up the ‘net. There are simply some things you must learn by doing and this is one of them.
I can prove that what I am talking about actually works (on people other than myself). It’s one thing to get in shape yourself however it is an entirely different story when it comes to getting someone else the body they desire. I have many success stories and I will let these people tell you how well the stuff I teach works.
I stay in shape…always. The hallmark of a true expert is one who practices what they preach. I stay in shape all year despite having an insanely busy life (and a weakness for salt & pepper Kettle Chips, red wine and licorice- sometimes all at once). Don’t believe me? Here is a recent pic (the least “cheesy” one I could find). I stay this way while still enjoying the finer indulgences of life and I can show you how too.

As I said at the beginning, my goal is for this site to be your “no-nonsense source for cutting edge fat loss and muscle building information for men and women in the real world!”
